Task at hand: Design a logo for the New Trier Trevians High School Hockey Club third jersey.
How did we get here? During my stint working at Total Hockey while I was going to art school, I also did art on the side and helped out the Team Sales manager with mocking up jersey and pant setups in my spare time. The President of the club got a hold of him and he asked me to make up something really simple with their logo inside a circle of text. It was simple enough, but also very bold and effective. As this project wasn’t necessarily the most detailed or extensive, I feel like it showcases my range of “mild to wild” where when something simple and bold works, it’s not always best to add extras.
